Yes. After inspection you receive written findings and a quotation before any chargeable repair work goes ahead.

Which areas do you cover?

Do you work on all heat pump brands?

We repair and service the hot water, geyser and pool heat pump brands commonly installed in the Cape. Tell us the brand and model when you call so we bring the right parts and gauges.

Can a heat pump work with my existing geyser?

Frequently yes, provided the cylinder is sound and correctly rated and there is a suitable outdoor position with good airflow within a reasonable pipe run. We confirm this on site before quoting.

What size heat pump do I need?

Sizing comes from occupancy, number of bathrooms, when hot water is used and how much simultaneous demand there is — not from floor area. We assess this and put the recommendation in writing.
