Will servicing improve my hot water?

If performance has dropped because of a fouled coil, low flow rate or drifted set-points, then usually yes. If a component has failed, the service will identify the repair required.

How quickly can you attend?

Call 069 268 0988 and we will give you a realistic attendance window based on where you are and what our schedule looks like that day. We do not promise a time we cannot keep.

Do you provide a written quote?

Yes. After inspection you receive written findings and a quotation before any chargeable repair work goes ahead.

Which areas do you cover?

Cape Town and the surrounding Western Cape, including the City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern and Northern Suburbs, Western Seaboard, South Peninsula, Helderberg and the Winelands.

Do you work on all heat pump brands?

We repair and service the hot water, geyser and pool heat pump brands commonly installed in the Cape. Tell us the brand and model when you call so we bring the right parts and gauges.
